Q Series Hydraulic Valve Range

High technical performances grant larger application range. Special high resistance cast iron body suited for high working pressures. Nickel-plated spools, allow high pressure and long life. Design and careful manufacturing lead to low cross port leakage. Spools are interchangeable between monoblock and sectional valves. The control side of the valve can be moved to the other side, which permits unification, versatility and low inventory requirement. A unique “Y”-shape permits high flow with low pressure drop. Standard parallel circuits allow for simultaneous operation with optimized metering that enhances performance

Hydraulic Valves V38-100A

High capacity pilot-operated system relief valve with many parts common to all valve models. Hollow plunger construction with built-in load hold checks for precise metering.
SAE 4-bolt porting for high pressure systems. Standardized detent design with many parts common among various detent styles reducing service parts requirements. Detent kits available, for more information contact factory. Housings have machined side and top inlet and outlet with top ports covered but available for use. Housings are machined to take high pressure carry-over kit (Kit no. SKO151)

Hydraulic Valves V3A4013

Hydraulic Valves 035 Monoblock
This valve is available as a two or three section monoblock assembly, rated to 150 litre/min, with both double acting and float spools with manual control. 035 monoblock valves are fitted with 2 separate pump inlets, one of which is fitted with a hydraulic unloader controlled by the pressure on the other inlet. It is a loader valve.

Hydraulic Valves DSV06 Selector

This is a simple diverter valve, rated at 68 litre/min, which simultaneously diverts two inputs supplies separately to either one of two outlets. DSV06 selector valves may be manually or pilot hydraulically operate.

Hydraulic Valves V4A4013 Monoblock

PILOT OPERATED FLOAT CHECK BLOCK (POFC) The POFC was designed to respond to wheeled loader manufacturer's need to provide machines with good control of bucket and boom with minimum cycle times and without cavitation. The boom is operated by a double acting spool instead of the usual 4-position float spool. The POFC block is bolted to the top face of the valve and large diameter check valves facilitate the flow to and from the boom cylinders. Both bucket and boom service port sizes are increased so that very large flow areas are available.

Pump flow up to 450 l/min (120 USgpm) and return flow up to 1000 l/min (260 USgpm) can be accommodated.
