From September 17 to 19, 2024, the Hydreco Global Meeting was held in Reggio Emilia, bringing together General Managers from across the world and the leadership team of the Duplomatic Group.

The event, themed "Let's Team Up," provided an opportunity to review the company’s performance, discuss strategies for the future, and share insights on key initiatives.

Moments of team building, including speeches and practical exercises, were woven throughout the meeting, fostering a strong sense of unity and collaboration across teams. 

A significant portion of the meeting focused on product and process innovation, reinforcing Hydreco’s commitment to staying ahead in an evolving market.

Several new products were introduced, including the latest PTOs, the new MHDC joystick and electronic controls, directional control valves, and the Group 3 pumps.

These innovations are the result of a broad and well-structured collaboration within the Duplomatic Group, with Hydreco benefiting from shared testing facilities and the expertise of various teams, particularly from Duplomatic. 

The meeting also marked the first steps toward deeper integration with Daikin, with discussions on safety policies and the introduction of the new Group Philosophy, which includes core values and behaviors that will guide the company moving forward. 

These new products will be presented at the Hydreco Stand (Hall 18, stand C33) during the EIMA exhibition in Bologna, from November 6 to 10, 2024.
